No, this application only used to scan your barcode automatically.

 Why require camera permission?
We are read this barcode through camera, so this permission require. But we won't save any camera images.

 Will you collect my contact details?
No, we won't collect your contact details.

Is it require internet connection?
No, no need internet connection.

Do you have ads in your applicaion?
Yes, we are using admob(google) ads. Admob policies is in "https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543?hl=en"
